Dyeing: Solar Dyeing

SUNDAY 2.30-4.30PM
In this class you will learn the simple and colourful technique of natural dyeing in a Kilner jar. Its an easy way to start your natural dyeing journey without need for any equipment, space or much time! It's a  very environmentally sound technique and takes no grid energy, just daylight. The dyes will be sustainably sourced and yarn will be British Blue Faced Leicester.
Caroline has exhibited and taught at Stitch Fest shows for many years now with her natural dyes, kits and yarns. She has also taught for Falmouth University and for 2 major eco textile companies in Cornwall.
