3D Needle felting: Needle felt an Owl with Furzie

SATURDAY 2-4pm
Needlefelt an owl from British wool on wire legs - which you will also learn to make, so that it will stand on its own two feet or hold on to a branch or a finger. You will learn about the magic of sculpting wool with felting needles to form characters. No experience necessary and great fun! [Ages 14+]
Michelle, known to the felting world as ‘Furzie’, has been needlefelting for over ten years and specializes in sculptures with character and humour. Her quirky sculptures and more realistic commissions have sold all over the world. She runs regular classes from the Furzie Workshop near Taunton in South Somerset and other venues around the country and has taught over 2,000 people. Her first book on the subject was published this year.
