2by2 Shetlands, based on the foothills of Dartmoor, offers Wool from their small flock of British breeds of Shetland & Teeswater sheep. Their sheep graze organic pastures, using regenerative methods, to grow fabulous fibre for you to enjoy including natural coloured skeins, rovings, bats and yarns spun for them by Dorset based Rampisham Mill. They also offer inspiration to try something new, with peg loom weaving kits including their own fibres.

Nicola's crochet and knitting designs will be on sale, in addition to some small bits and bobs to facilitate (and enable!) your crafting. Samples of the patterns will also be on display to showcase the designs. Patterns include a range of wearables, homewares, and accessories, and some are available with yarn as a pattern pack. Nicola is always happy to discuss and give more information on all patterns.

Blacklands Alpacas in Somerset breed their own alpacas for the fleece which is used for their raw fleece, tops, pure alpaca yarn, kits and knitted, crocheted and woven products. Most is in natural colours although a little is hand dyed.

Clappery Crafts is based in North Devon on a smallholding where they harvest the fleece from their fibre flock of sheep which will live out the rest of their days as pets, including some rare breed Leicester longwool, Teeswater, Devon & Cornwall. Gotlands and Angora goats for their lovely locks.  As well as tending their flock they craft with the wool to produce woven seat pads and rugs and also felt to produce unique scarfs and bags which will be available to buy along with raw fleece, part fleece and luscious locks.

Dartmoor Wool Sheep run a mix flock of Jacobs and Island Shetlands.Mainly white and Moorits.They were imported from Shetland for their hardiness,heritage and wool quality.Valued by both crofter and knitter.The jacobs are bred from a line of high wool quality  sheep.Used in the past for garment making.Both breeds are hardy,easy to manage on marginal grazing.In lamb ewes will be fed concentrates six weeks up to lambing.Mainly lambed outside.
